The upstairs is on 70 and cooling constantly and the stairs are open which is allowing the airflow to come downstairs thermostat is literally right by the stairs. I turn both zones on and made sure that there was equal airflow going to both floors and there is. The reason why they weren’t getting their flow to the master bedroom downstairs is because the thermostat is satisfied and it’s not running but there is airflow going to every room in the house no charge
